The Return of Sherlock Holmes is a 1905 collection of 13 Sherlock Holmes stories, originally published in 19031904, by British writer Arthur Conan Doyle. This book has 315 pages in the PDF version, and was originally published in 1905. Also of note is Watson's statement in the last story of the cycle that Holmes has retired, and forbids him to publish any more stories. Arthur Conan Doyle famously killed off Sherlock Holmes in 1893, in the short story The Final Problem, but was tempted to bring him back to life ten years.
